If your recent payment for your subscription to Intentional Institute has been declined, which often happens when a credit card has expired or the number has changed, please follow these detailed instructions to update your credit card information:
- Log in to Intentional Institute Member Login
- From the “Home” page, on the right side of the screen, you will see the Member Account Info box. Underneath your name, click “Payment Info” as shown here:
- On the Payment Info page, click the red “Update Payment Info” link:
- Upon clicking “Update Payment Info” link, you will see a form that allows you to update your credit card information. Provide your updated information and click “Save”:
