Motivating-your-teamHave you ever noticed that one of the hardest things to do is to stay the course? Especially with energy and enthusiasm? Do you ever wonder, “How can I motivate my team?”

A great exercise for us in leading our teams is to step back and evaluate the motivation of our team members.

Are they:

    – Distracted?
    – Tired?
    – Busy?
    – Discouraged?

It’s so easy for us to slip into a demotivated mode.

Maybe the first thing that we need to do in motivating our team is to stop and observe.

If you are at all like me, you will find mixed results.

What can we do to help keep our team motivated? What questions can we ask? And what steps can we take?
