We understand that waiting – ESPECIALLY when there is an issue that’s frustrating you – can be, well, even more frustrating, so we will do our best to be in touch sooner.
Remember – you have our word that if you wish to cancel your subscription for any reason within your first 60 days, we will cheerfully refund the subscription fee you’ve already paid. Hopefully we will live up to your expectations, and then some!
